Our Company History
H.C.I. started business as We Care Company in March,
1995. We apply this experience to meet our customer's needs. We have the expertise and capability to produce
a finished product that will meet your community's specific needs.
H.C.I. is owned an operated by
Kevin Harcourt, a retired Fire Captain who has 20 years of firefigthing experience and has served as a Public Education and
Training Officer.
Our company's inception came when Kevin felt the strong need
to bring a new and unique method of safety training to his community and delivered the first Fire &
Life Safety Center to the city of Galt. He orchestrated the efforts of local volunteers and community donations
to make it all possible. Even the students from Galt High School contributed by constructing the frame for it.
